The course focuses on enhancing comprehension skills, with special attention devoted to conversational Chinese. Students practice the use of new vocabulary and sentence structure. Each class is comprised of a reading session and a discussion session. Through reading literature, students improve their comprehension and enhance their vocabulary. By conducting discussions, students improve their speaking skills and listening comprehension. Homework assignments are given every week, as well as a list of new words learnt in class. The class meets once a week and students are required to complete homework assignments sent by the teacher after each lesson. |

Zuli Huang was born and raised in Sichuan Province in China.
